OptiZincR Zinc Monomethionine Complex
OptiZinc is a unique form of zinc, bound to the amino acid DL-methionine. Animal studies have shown that zinc monomethionine provides significant protection against oxidative damage, and prevents depletion in the brain and liver of glutathione, an important antioxidant. (Findings from animal studies may not extrapolate to humans.)
Directions: One tablet daily with a meal.
Ingredients: 1 tablet supplies: Zinc (as zinc monomethionine [OptiZinc(r)]) 30 mg, Copper (as copper sebacate) 300 mcg.
Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum and colloidal silicon dioxide.
Suitable for vegetarians and HYPOALLERGENIC: contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat; no sugar, starch, salt, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
